TekCollect GOES HIGHER TECH WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART DIALERS AND PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE
Office space isn't the only thing we've upgraded in 2002. We recently completed the implementation of the Primary Collection System (PCS) proprietary software that integrates all of TekCollect's services.
Previously, the collection and accounting sides of the business required separate software and programming. But PCS enables seamless file sharing. And that means greater control, efficiency and accuracy.
The system also makes every correspondence and communication effort totally automated. Audits, notices, attorney demands - every collection initiative between 0-90 days of delinquency - are all precipitated by the PCS.
But that's not all. We've also added a new, state-of-the-art predictive dialer to our arsenal of high-tek assets.
The new predictive dialer increases collector capacity four-fold while improved predictive logic improves collector efficiency 250%. This means more collectors working even more calls, thereby generating higher recovery ratios and SPWD fees.
The new predictive dialer features a Sequel 2000 data center and Visual Basic front-end architecture. "It's open. Modern. Customizable. It has the room and capacity to grow with us," said David Hughes, Director of Information Technology.
The new technology and existing equipment are housed in our new 540 square foot state-of-the-art data center. Its features include secure entry, independent climate control, large capacity back-up power (over 96 hours), centralized data and Telco.
The new dialer seamlessly integrates with TekCollect's PCS allowing information to be shared between the two systems. A history of all contacts, correspondence and account data is updated and accessible at all times. This expanded information capability improves control and provides the most efficient use of resources.
The new PCS and upgraded predictive dialer give TekCollect a competitive edge and the best tek support in the industry.
